Booking Policies
  • Quoted rates at per main house/cabana per night.
  • Rates are payable at equivalent current $USD figure. Other currencies (Euro, Pounds Sterling, $TT) are accepted at current exchange rates.
  • A deposit of one-third of the the total amount is required to confirm a reservation. Bookings can be secured by a deposit made in cash, certified cheque, money order or bank to bank transfer of funds or by credit/debit card charge. Contact the Manager for details. 
  • Balance is payable on arrival.
  • Minimum two night stay is required.
  • Gratuities are not included in Rates.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Reserve early to avoid disappointment.
 IMPORTANT

On completing your deposit transaction, please send a fax or e-mail a copy of the cheque or bank transfer document as proof of payment of the deposit. This will allow us to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
  • 45 days cancellation – forfeit 30% of rental deposit.
  • 30 days cancellation – forfeit 50% of rental deposit.
  • 48 hours cancellation or No Show – No Refund of Deposit
Accommodation

Cabanas: Maximum of 4 people per unit. The Cabanas are most comfortable for 2 people; however 2 more people can be accommodated on convertible sofas at no extra cost.

Main House: accommodates up to four people in two bedrooms. An additional person if necessary in the Study.

Crib & High Chair are available at no extra cost.
