The Cabana Apartments are nestled down the slope following the contours of the land just a few short steps from the pool and the Main House. At different elevations, this offers guests additional privacy and more breeze from the valleys on either side.
The Cabanas are an excellent alternative to the Main House and very good value. Cool and quiet, the Cabanas are designed in open architectural style with high ceilings to allow excellent cross ventilation. There are no separate bedroom walls for this reason. The sleeping area holds up to four people. There are two twin single beds either placed together or apart and in the living room area there are two sofas with removable cushions that can be converted to single beds if desired. A small writing table is also provided. There is a safe box for valuables which is also large enough to hold most laptop computers. A clock radio, hairdryer and beach mats are also provided and extra blankets and pillows as well.
The Cabanas are designed with a patio on the front porch as well as a lovely gazebo patio behind each cabana set in a garden. The gazebo patio helps to expand the interior space of the Cabanas since living outdoors is very much the lifestyle in Tobago. There is insect netting on all the doors and windows which helps keep the insects out at night, though there are not many too worry about as we carefully monitor this. Each gazebo has a lovely mosaic table and comfortable chairs. Hammocks and hooks on the posts are provided for guests to curl up and read their favourite book or doze away. This area is also a perfect place to dine and socialize. The wireless internet signal also reaches the gazebo patios for those wishing to check their email etc.
The cabana kitchenettes are well-equipped with microwave, a two burner countertop stove, full size refrigerator, coffee maker (filters supplied), juice maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and glasses etc.
Entertainment facilities include the options of Cable T.V., DVD, and VCR – over 150 movies, including those for children are available through the manager. Games, cards and novels and reference books are also available.
