Booking Policies:
- All rates are quoted per night in current $USD rate but other currencies (Euro, Pounds Sterling, $TT) are accepted at current exchange rates.
- A deposit of one-third the total amount is required to confirm a reservation. Bookings can be secured by a deposit made in cash, certified cheque, money order or bank to bank transfer of funds. Contact Manager for details. Sorry, at present we do not accept credit cards.
- Balance is available on arrival.
- Rates are inclusive of government taxes (VAT 15%).
- Minimum two night stay is required.
- Gratuities are not included in Rates
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Reserve early to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation Policy:
45 days cancellation – forfeit 30% of rental deposit.
30 days cancellation – forfeit 50% of rental deposit.
48 hours cancellation or No Show – No Refund of deposit.

IMPORTANT: On completing your deposit transaction, please send a fax or e-mail a copy of the cheque or bank transfer document as proof of payment of the deposit. This will allow us to confirm your reservation.
Accommodation: Maximum up to 4 people per unit in Cabanas: most comfortable in Cabanas for 2 people however Cabanas can accommodate 2 more people on convertible sofas at no extra cost. Crib & High Chair are available at no extra cost.
The Main House accommodates up to four people in two bedrooms and an additional person if necessary in the Study.
